STRETCHING EXERCISES

Some stretching exercises will exlapin one by one

1. Middle back and latissimus dorsi stretch left hand place
   on right corner then chest press below same side
   and hold 10 sec. repeat 10 time each side
                             
                            Right side stretch


Left side stretch




2. Pactoralis muscle stretch hand place on same side corner then
   chest press below same side and hold 10 sec. repeat 10 time each side

                             Left side stretch


Right side stretch





 3. Full back cat camel stretch
     stretch back in c shape position then  back relax with
     abdominal stretch



4. Scapular muscle and posterior deltoid muscle stretch
    elbow 90 degree angle arm rest on floor the chest press below same side
    hold10 sec repeat 10 each side

                             Right side stretch


Left side stretch



5  Lumber rotaion spine stretch  both knee 90 opposite direction in shape of 5
right leg hold with floor left leg try touch floor
hold 10 sec rep 10  time each side

During exercise never stop breathing in this exercise inhale to
nose exhale through mouth




6 Lumber rotaion group of muscle stretch
hand try to touch the floor  then hold 10 sec
repeat 10 time each side
 
Abductor
Internal rotator muscle of hip
Abdominal muscle
Back and spine
Anteroir deltoid
Pactoralids muscle streech
